Washington, D.C. | www.adc.org | January 12, 2016- President Obama will deliver the final State of the Union address of his presidency tonight, beginning at 9PM EST. In a statement made last week, President Obama said he would highlight key policy issues he plans to address in 2016 while setting the agenda for the coming election season and the years ahead.
