Palestine Legal To Be Honored at ADC Convention with the Excellence in Legal Advocacy Award

Washington, D.C. | adc.org | April 13, 2023 – The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) is proud to announce that Palestine Legal will be receiving the Excellence in Legal Advocacy Award at the upcoming ADC National Convention (June 16-18). The award recognizes Palestine Legal’s exceptional work in protecting the civil and constitutional rights of people in the U.S. who speak out for Palestinian freedom.

Since their inception Palestine Legal has been a leading supporter and advocate for the Palestinian rights movement. Their legal victories on college campuses, in state legislatures, and with federal agencies has immensely protected the rights of supporters of Palestinian freedom.

The Award will be presented at the ADC Civil Rights Luncheon,  which will be held on the afternoon of Saturday June 17th, 2023. The Luncheon will feature additional awardees, and a surprise guest who will be announced soon. After the luncheon there will be a session with experts, including Palestine Legal, who will discuss the ongoing challenges faced by those who speak out for Palestinian freedom- additional information about the session will be released soon.
