The program will include panels covering topics from the arts to the crisis in Lebanon – diving into the issues that impact the Arab American community. There will also be a Friday evening celebration of our heritage, a Saturday community working luncheon, and the conference will conclude with the Alex Odeh Memorial Gala on Saturday evening.

The Gala, which honors the life, work, and legacy of Alex Odeh, will be a celebration of Arab American leadership, tenacity, and achievement. Emceed by Reem Edam, and featuring a keynote address by Rula Jabreal, the night will honor Nadia & Jim Bettendorf, Fozi Khoury, Rashad Al-Dabbagh, and Dr. George & Karen Longstreth. The Question of Palestine: Between Diplomacy and the Media

The question of Palestine at the United Nations from two different perspectives: the work of diplomats at the Palestine Observer Mission of the State of Palestine and the UN-based accredited media outlets.
