ADC Women’s Empowerment Forum to Honor Maha Kaddoura for Excellence in Philanthropy
Washington, D.C. | www.adc.org | June 5, 2015 – The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee Women’s Empowerment Forum (ADC-WEF) is proud to announce that it will honor Maha Kaddoura with an award for Exellence in Philanthropy.
ADC-WEF will present the award to Maha Kaddoura at the annual Women’s Empowerment Luncheon, which will take place on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 12:30PM-2:00PM.
ADC-WEF invites you to register for ADC’s 35 Annivesary National Convention and join us in honoring Maha Kaddoura and Sahar Aziz at the Women’s Empowerment Luncheon next Saturday in Washington, DC.
About the Awardee:
Maha Kaddoura, ADC Women’s Empowerment Forum Award for Excellence in Philanthropy
Maha Kaddoura was born and raised in Lebanon. She received her B.A. in Political science from the Lebanese American University (LAU) and an MBA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Maha now sits on the Advisory Board of the Lebanese American University (LAU). She is also a member of the Board of Trustees at Tufts University and a member of the Dean’s Council of Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Maha is the founder and President of the Kaddoura Foundation, which caters to the needs of handicapped children. She has also built a nursing home for the elderly.Read Maha’s full bio here.
