•  Saturday, April 25, 2015 in Washington, D.C. The inaugural National Arab-American Turaath Festival will be held at Freedom Plaza. More details to come!

• June 11-14, 2015 in Washington, D.C. The 2015 ADC National Convention will be held at Marriott Washington Wardman Park. More details to come!

• ADC-Michigan’s Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship Program. Apply by January 31, 2015. 

• Jack G. Shaheen Mass Communications Scholarships. Apply by March 20, 2015. 

2014 Wrap-Up

• ADC launched the Women’s Empowerment Forum 

• ADC filed an amicus brief in EEOC v. Abercrombie to protect the right to religious accommodation in the workplace

• ADC filed an amicus brief in Zivotofsky v. Kerry to protect the rights of Palestinian-Americans

• ADC worked to successfully change offensive “Arab” mascot in California

• ADC pressured Disney and ABC Family to cancel the TV show “Alice in Arabia”

• ADC partnered with Coca-Cola to promote diversity in Super Bowl ad campaign

• ADC continued the Anthony Shadid Internship Program

• ADC hosted the fourth annual Turaath cultural event
