How to Report Discrimination at the Polls:

• Report violations of voting rights to the ADC-Voter Protection Unit by using our Poll Incident Report Form. 

• Report violations to the Department of Justice’s Civil Rights Division by phone at 1-800-253-3931 toll-free or 202-307-2767, by fax to 202-307-3961, by email to [email protected], and by complaint forms that may be submitted through a link on the Department’s website.
