Dr. Yousef Jabareen to give Keynote at Palestine Luncheon

Washington, DC | www.adc.org | May 21, 2015 – The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) is proud to announce that Dr. Yousef Jabareen will give the Keynote speech at ADC’s annual Palestine Luncheon. 

The Palestine Luncheon will take place on Sunday, June 14, 2015 as part of the 35th Anniversary ADC National Convention, which will be held from June 11th-14th at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Jabareen will discuss the recent developments among the Palestinian community in Israel following the latest election, and the challenges facing the newly formed “Joint Arab List.

Dr. Yousef Jabareen

Dr. Yousef Jabareen is a human rights scholar, lawyer, community activist, and politican who was recently elected as a member of the Israeli Parliament through the Joint Arab List.

As an Arab-Palestinian citizen living in Israel for over 20 years, Dr. Jabareen has ardently advocated for equal rights and full citizenship for the Arab-Palestinian minority in Israel.  He is the founding director of Dirasat, the Arab Center for Law and Policy in Nazareth.
