Max Blumenthal on Tucker Carlson: How ADC Got His Phones Back

On September 21, journalist Max Blumenthal told Tucker Carlson what happened when CBP seized his phones at Dulles Airport, and how ADC got them back.

In July, CBP officers at Dulles seized Max’s two phones when he refused to hand over his passcodes on his way home from reporting in Iran. ADC went to federal court on July 16, and the phones came back. The judge then declined to close the case and ordered the government to turn over information about what it did with them. The case is still open.
