Demand Justice for Nasrallah Abu Siyam, End to Israeli Impunity
Take Action
ADC is calling for an immediate, transparent U.S. investigation into the killing of Nasrallah Abu Siyam, a 19-year-old American citizen, killed during an attack by Israeli settlers on Mukhmas in the Occupied West Bank. The attack occurred under the protection and cover of Israeli forces—another example of an occupation that enables violent actors while ensuring there is little to no accountability.
This is part of a broader pattern. Israeli settlers and soldiers have killed at least a dozen Americans since 2022, and the U.S. government has repeatedly failed to deliver meaningful accountability. That cannot continue.
Demand our elected and government officials take the following action:
- A prompt, independent DOJ investigation into Abu Siyam’s killing, including preservation of evidence and witness interviews;
- Public reporting on investigative steps and findings—Americans deserve transparency
- Accountability measures, including prosecutions where appropriate under U.S. law;
- Treasury action—including sanctions or financial enforcement—against individuals and networks credibly linked to organizing, financing, or carrying out settler violence, particularly where U.S. ties exist; and
- Clear opposition to rhetoric or policy that normalizes annexation, dispossession, or settler violence.
- Bring an end to the military support of Israel, keeping American tax dollars here at home.
This cannot become another case where an American is killed, and our government does nothing. Fill out the form below and demand immediate action.
