Washington, D.C | July 18, 2023 – ADC is aware of Memorandum of Understanding between The Government of the State of Israel and the Government of the United States of America On Extension of Reciprocal Privileges and the Visa Waiver Program. We are currently reviewing the document to ensure that it provides for full reciprocity to all American citizens travelling to Israel, and that a blue passport is a blue passport. Anything less than full reciprocity is unacceptable and legitimizes a system which creates different classes of American citizens. A more detailed statement will follow.
