Washington, DC | www.adc.org | April 11, 2018 | The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) stands with our allies to condemn the brazen violation of immigrants’ rights across the country by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). With ICE raids outside of the border region up 40% over last year, immigration lawyers are stretched thin. The We Have Rights campaign provides easy-to-understand videos informing you of your legal rights if you’re confronted by ICE agents.

No matter your immigration status you have legal rights and protections, including the right to refuse entry by ICE agents into your home if they lack a warrant, the right to remain silent, and the right to speak to a lawyer even if you do not have a lawyer. Properly handling your encounter with ICE may greatly benefit your case in an immigration court.
