• Call for Arab-American Art Proposals: The sixth biennial convening of DIWAN: A Forum for the Arts will be held at the Arab American National Museum on May 7-9, 2015, in Dearborn, Michigan. The deadline for proposal submissions is Dec. 15, 2014. Click here for details.

Last week, Debbie Dingell won the election to represent Michigan’s 12 District in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Debbie will replace her husband, Congressman John Dingell, who is receiving the nation’s highest civilian honor: the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
