The highly anticipated Gala event will take place on Saturday evening.

Under the visionary leadership of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the State of Qatar has made significant strides in championing Arab culture and values. The successful organization and execution of the 2022 World Cup showcased the region’s ability to host world-class events while providing an unparalleled experience for international visitors. Qatar’s commitment to showcasing the richness and diversity of Arab heritage was evident throughout the tournament, and their efforts have left a lasting impact on the global stage.

His Excellency Sheikh Meshal Bin Hamad Al-Thani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the United States, says: “As hosts of the most diverse and welcoming World Cup in history, we were able to change perceptions about the Arab and Islamic world through our warm hospitality and vibrant local culture. The Qatar World Cup broke down cultural barriers, shattered misconceptions, and highlighted commonalities across communities. Having hosted hundreds of global sporting events over the years, our goal is to build on the success of the FIFA World Cup and host more mega events, while continuing to support opportunities for other regional countries and smaller nations to host similar events in the future.”

ADC Chairman Dr. Safa Rifka expressed admiration for Qatar’s achievements, stating, “The State of Qatar has set a new standard in hosting global events while preserving and promoting the essence of Arab culture.
