Dear Supporter,
On behalf of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC), I would like to personally invite you to our upcoming event, celebrating the 2014 International Women’s Day. The event is hosted by the new ADC Women’s Empowerment Forum (ADC-WEF). The event will be hosted on March 18th at the Downtown Ritz Carlton from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
The Women’s Empowerment Forum (WEF) is a platform set up by the ADC to promote gender equality and the empowerment of women.
The program for this year is as follows:

10:30 AM – Panel Discussion: Women in the Media

- Dr. Mary Sidawy, Professor of Pathology and Director of Anatomic Pathology at Georgetown University
- Dr. Mervat Tallawy, Career diplomat and first woman Ambassador from the Diplomatic Corps in Egypt
- Barbara Harrison, Anchor at NBC Channel 4
