Ibda’a Media Student Awards 2004
An Initiative of Dubai Media City
The Ibda’a Awards is an awards program for aspiring media students in the Middle East region, providing exposure and career opportunities for young media talent.
This year, due to unprecedented international interest in 2003, we have opened eligibility up to media students in Europe, the U.S, Australia, and the Far East, in addition to our established talent pools of the GCC, India, South Africa, Iran, and Egypt.
The Awards program is open exclusively to undergraduates who are full time students and to students graduating in the summer term of 2004. International finalists will be flown to Dubai for 5 days in November to attend a glittering Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony, where winners will be awarded with internship prizes and recognized at an exhibition of their works held at Dubai Media City. The even will be attended by key media professionals, press and the public.
