Arab-American Comedians to Perform this Friday Night at the ADC Convention!
Washington, D.C. | www.adc.org | June 10, 2015 – The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) is excited to announce the Friday night entertainment for ADC’s 35th Anniversary National Convention in Washington, DC.
Arab-American Comedians Amer Zahr and Mona Aburmishan will perform this Friday night at the Washington Marriott Wardman Park Hotel following the ADC Reunion Dinner Reception and 18th Annual Jack Shaheen Awards.
Today is the final day to register for the ADC Convention online! ADC invites you to register for the ADC Convention now and join us for a program full of exciting events this weekend, June 11-14th, in Washington, DC.

About the Comedians:
Amer Zahr
Amer Zahr is an Arab-American comedian, speaker, and writer. Drawing on his experiences growing up as a child of Palestinian parents, he finds the humor in society, culture, and politics.

Mona Aburmishan
Mona is a Chicago based Palestinian-American comedian. She has studied improv and comedy writing at Chicago’s Second City. Ms. Aburmishan has a Master’s in International Development and Urban Planning, but she prefers the comedy stage.
