This Sunday, ADC will honor Al-Monitor at the Annual Turaath Cultural Event. The award will be presented “In recognition of their continued support to preserving the Arab cultural heritage.”
The ADC third annual cultural event”Turaath: Celebrating Arab Culture in America” will take place at George Washington University’s Lisner Auditorium on Sunday, November 17, 2013 at 6:00 pm This year’s event is organized by ADC’s Women’s Initiative and will feature the 2013 Arab Idol winners: acclaimed Palestinian vocalist Mohammad Assaf, Syrian songstress Farah Youssef, and Lebanese vocalist Ziad Khoury.
