ADC Live on Al-Arabiya to Discuss First War Crimes Trial at Guantanamo

Washington, DC | July 21, 2008 | www.adc.org | The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) will be represented live by Kareem Shora, National Executive Director, on the Al-Arabiya news satellite television network. (For more information see: http://www.alarabiya.net/ )
Shora will appear live on Al-Arabiya‘s primetime news program between 1:00 and 1:30 pm EST (8:00 and 8:30 pm in most of the Middle East). He will be discussing the first war crimes trial to be held at the US detention facility in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The trial, which started this week, accuses Salim Hamdan, a Yemeni national, of conspiracy and supporting terrorism.
